Shopify Loyalty Integration Showcase

We built a private Shopify app for a retail brand to connect their in-store loyalty program with their online store.

The integration enables real-time point syncing between systems and allows customers to:

• Link loyalty accounts via phone number
• Earn points for online purchases
• Redeem points for discounts directly at checkout

1. Step 1: Customer logs into their Shopify account.
2. Step 2: On the account page, they can connect their in-store loyalty account using their phone number.
3. Step 3: A 4-digit verification code is sent via SMS to securely link the account.
4. Step 4: Once connected, customers can view available rewards and redeem them using their points.
5. Step 5: When a reward is redeemed, a Shopify discount code is automatically generated and applied at checkout.

The admin interface gives brand owners the ability to configure how customers redeem rewards. Admins can add and manage rewards through a dedicated rewards creation page.

Reward Creation Includes:

• Reward Name: e.g. “$15 off entire order”
• Reward Type: Percentage, Fixed Amount, or Free Shipping
• Reward Value: e.g. 15%, $5, etc.
• Applies To: Entire Order, Specific Collections, or Specific Products
• Required Points: e.g. 300 points to redeem
